Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Mumbai orders may also be processed and delivered on Sundays and bank holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery generally takes 1–3* working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days, except where local delivery services are available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, delivery location, and shipping method selected. The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email and/or SMS with the tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

International orders are currently serviced only in Thailand and Germany through our local distribution partners.
