Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, there is a minimum order value requirement for ordering from Slimjim. In order to process the order, your cart value should be above 299rs (Pre-Discount)
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Our orders are packed on the same day and shipped on the next day of purchase. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support.
Can i return / exchange my order?
